All Silver jewellery making suitable for beginners and improvers. Over the sessions you will cover all basic skills relating to traditional jewellery making; annealing, forming, soldering, pickling, filing, sanding, textures, polishing, use of rolling mill, & doming blocks. Leaving with your own beautiful pieces of silver jewellery.

Courses are six weeks long with the aim of completing 3 projects during that time.
Project 1-  Ring or Bangle, and covers all basic tools and is a good introduction to making jewellery.
Project 2- Pendant, Cufflinks or Earrings, this covers more fine soldering, further saw piercing and findings.
Project 3- is for you to design and make with advice and assistance. It may include stone setting if you wish.

This studio provides excellent facilities and an inspirational work area in which you will be guided through the jewellery making processes by an experienced teacher. In these hands on workshops and courses you will learn and practice basic metalworking skills, receive demonstrations and guidance on a variety of traditional techniques, whilst designing and creating your own pieces.

All tools provided. Metal will be available to purchase at cost price.

Course price: £180 Places are reserved with a £50 deposit and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
